How to Order
You can place your order easily through our website. If you have any issues ordering, please contact us at info@cooltradewinds.co.uk.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri), subject to stock availability.
We deliver throughout the UK. For urgent orders, please contact us.

International Delivery
We ship internationally using Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express. Please note: customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged on delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase! But if you change your mind, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

• Refunds will include the cost of your item(s). If you cancel under your statutory rights, we will also refund standard UK delivery costs.

• Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using tracked/insured post.

Please note: If the item or packaging is damaged, we may not be able to issue a full refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@cooltradewinds.co.uk, including photos of the item. We will arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement as appropriate.

Handmade Products
Our products are handmade and may have small variations or imperfections. These are part of their charm and are not considered faults.
