We hope you love your items! However, if you change your mind, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return:

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

  • Please email us at info@cooltradewinds.co.uk to arrange your return.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using tracked and insured shipping, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds:

  • We will refund the cost of your item(s).

  • If you are returning your order under your statutory rights (UK customers), we will also refund standard delivery charges.

  • If the returned item or packaging is damaged or not in resaleable condition, we may not issue a full refund.

📦 Delivery

UK Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday), subject to stock availability.

  • Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier services.

  • If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

International Delivery

  • We offer international delivery using Royal Mail International Tracked or DHL Express.

  • Important: Customers outside the UK are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

🚚 Faulty or Damaged Items

We carefully check all items before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty:

1️⃣ Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
2️⃣ Email info@cooltradewinds.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item.
3️⃣ We will arrange a refund, exchange or replacement as appropriate.

Please do not attempt to repair items yourself, as this may affect your eligibility for a refund or replacement.


🌿 Handmade Products

Many of our items are handmade by skilled artisans, so small variations or imperfections may occur — these are not considered faults but add to the character and individuality of each piece.
