Prices All prices quoted in GBP sterling.

Standard rate of VAT is 20%. If this changes, we reserve the right to adjust prices up or down accordingly.

Payment - Customers are expected to settle invoices within 28 days and in most cases, before placing a subsequent order, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.

New customers are required to make payment within 14 days of reciept of the proforma invoice to ensure stock remains availalbe.

Delivery (Postage and Packing) - Carriage paid on orders over £300; otherwise a charge of £10 plus VAT will be made, (we reserve the right to change this should freight charges increase).

Returns - if you are not satisfied with the goods, please report it to us within 24 hours (1 working day), on: +44 (0) 1425 461594, and then return the goods, in original condition for a refund within 7 days of reciept of the goods. Standard 2nd class postage only, please do not send returns recorded delivery.
